Semaine parfaite à Cuba!!! Hôtel parfait! Nourriture : Nous n’avons manqué de rien! Belle variété au buffet et la nourriture était excellente!! Yasmani au bar sur la plage faisait les meilleurs Mojito et lui et son collègie étaient incroyable!! Merci pour cette belle semaine!!!

VIP Level the best experience I've been to this resort four times this year. It's the only hotel I would stay at in Holguin. The resort and beach are beautiful, but the VIP session are the best, their pool is very clean and the services are great, Rafael is always ready to serve you the coolest beer, his energy and heart are amazing! He makes the experience by the pool much better. Yoander is very professional and always has a nice smile for all clients, he has an amazing team. Beautiful vacation I just returned from my 3rd time in this beautiful hotel. Again, I had a great time there. Everything was so good ( clean rooms and everything around, food was ok, staff very nice and so welcoming). Special thanks to all entertainment staff who made my vacation even better ( Danilo, Patricia, Miguel, Cezar...). Un hôtel 5 étoiles, qui mérite les 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Très belle place 10/10 Tous le Personnel es attentionnée à nos demandes ! La mer es très belle Hotel très propre Manque de boissons gazeuses comme partout à Cuba ! La nouriture es bonne! Beaucoup d'animation à la piscine en pm! Le centre de spa es vraiment beau, propre et massage 10/10 La capitaine Yudyth a la réception s'occupe de tout avec le sourire! Lisbet au lobby es juste adorable Arnoldo au buffet déjeuné à toujours le sourire et très attentionnée ! Le bar au 6eme es payant très très accueillant avec ses serveurs Bobby, George et Alexender ❤️ Sans parler de Anibal ... petite fourmi au Lobby, au bar et au resto VIP ! Un amour .... First trip to Cuba...definitely not the last.. we are hooked This was our first trip to Cuba. We've been many times to other parts of the Caribbean - Mexico, DR, Jamaica etc and this was by far our favorite trip. The Holguin Airport was very quick and organized. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30pm and were given our room right away. We had booked the Adults Only/VIP package so our room was in Building G right beside the Elite Restaurant. Our Butlers Adel and Adrien were amazing. These guys were always checking on us and making sure that we had whatever we needed. They booked all of our A La Carte dinners, booked spa services, set up a beautiful bubble bath with a Charcuterie board and Champagne in our room one of the days. They were so welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. We are so thankful for them. Other than our 3 A La Carte Dinners (Italian, Japanese and Indian - all great) we ate all of our meals at the Elite Restaurant. They have a wonderful menu full of delicious options - beef filet, fish, pork, chicken dishes etc. Our favorite was the Eggs Benedict with bacon and lobster every morning. It was SO delicious. They had a fresh soup everyday which was amazing. I can honestly say this was the best food we ever had on a vacation up to now. I was not expecting this at all, but we were so pleasantly surprised. We had the best cappuccinos everyday, and Spanish coffees every evening after dinner, from either the Elite Restaurant or the lobby bar. The service at the Elite was one of a kind. They were so quick and attentive. Yoannis, Ariannis, Albert.. and everyone else.. you are all amazing and deserve so much credit for the wonderful service you provide. Our room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed and pillows were actually the most comfortable we have had. This is rare! But I was actually disappointed to come home and sleep in my own bed. The A/C worked just fine, and we always had hot water any time of day. The room was perfect. The beach.... breathtaking! I have never experienced a beach so beautiful. I would spend hours everyday just staring at it.. the colors in the water were gorgeous.. the beach was always very clean, the water was warm and so soft and silky.. it was heaven. I would say the only downfalls were lack of airflow in the theatre at night. We tried to watch the show most evenings, but it was really hot in there. There are windows in there that are open but maybe ceiling fans would be helpful. The lobby too, although it is open, there is a lack of air flow so fans would be super helpful for a little breeze in the evening. Not a deal breaker but just a suggestion. There was a lack of mix for drinks. No pop on site, but there were shops down the street you can go get some if you really need it. We were fine without it, but I know some people were missing it. They have a few different types of juices to mix with the alcohol of your choice, so we mixed and matched and made the best of it. It was just fine. There's tons of different types of alcohol - rum, vodka, gin, beer, red, white and sparkling wine.. etc They had wonderful live performers out by the pool a couple of evenings which was awesome to enjoy. and NO mosquitos.. none.. barely any bugs anywhere so if that's an issue for some people, there's no problem here. The grounds are beautiful, clean and taken care of diligently everyday. The main pool is lively and fun, but the adults only pool is a nice option if you are someone who wants to get away from the noise and kids. There were tons of loungers all day long at the pools and beach so that was never a problem no matter which section you are looking in. The smoothie bar beside the pool was such a delicious treat. Fresh fruit, pina coladas, mango, papaya, guava smoothies.. so good. We already want to book again! We have plans to bring our son, but we also have decided that our next trip that's just us again we will definitely book here in the Adults Only section again. No question. This will be our spot. Anything remotely negative that anyone has said about Cuba in the past to me has gone out the window. I don't think I want to travel anywhere but Cuba anymore after this experience. Everything about it was just perfect for us, and exactly what we needed in a vacation. I've recommended this resort to everyone I know, and we will be back!! Hopefully sooner than later! Family Vacation We really enjoyed our stay here; it’s our second time with family, and we had a lot of fun! I want to give special thanks to Elizbietha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant. The Animation team was fantastic, keeping our days filled with fun activities. Solange from the kids' club was wonderful with our daughter; she really enjoyed playing with you! A big shoutout to the bartender in the game room and Richard for your dedication as well. However, I’d like to bring to the management's attention the slippery floor by the main pool. Many people, including my daughter, fell when coming out of the pool, which is concerning and could lead to serious accidents. I hope this issue can be addressed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, with the exception of this incident. I’d also like to mention Norge from the buffet; I’m so grateful for the special care you provided every day! Sets the standard Ok this my 5th visit to this hotel , and every time it exceeds all expectations, yes there are problems with availability of products from time to time but this is Cuba , it’s not a case of lowering your needs but adapting to what is available it is a fact of life in Cuba . Make the most of the surroundings by not just visiting the brilliant beach and pool but take a trip into the nearby town of guardalavaca , Banes , or Holguín and experience the real life of the Cuban people , it will keep any complaints you might have seem innocuous at best . To the nitty gritty the staff at this hotel are second to none anywhere never mind Cuba ,and are the reason I return as difficult as it seems to reach from UK but not impossible . From the gardeners , cleaners ,chamber maids, waiters ,waitresses ,bar staff and animation team every one of them are doing there best to make your stay memorable ,and in my humble opinion succeed every time . Now to some honourable mentions to those who make my stays unforgettable,in no particular order of preference from the lobby bar Alex ,Lisbet, karenea, from animation Patricia and solange , pool bar Jorge and tiger , snack bar restaurant Rebecca , the always lovely Lisi and Adriana from the towel store and kids club , Mikeal from the liquor trolley and Litsy from the front desk , in fact they are all excellent in there own field and if you are travelling to resort seek them out and they will assist you above and beyond as will all the staff . I felt great as a family. Well! Which I can say. I feel very happy on this day here with my sister celebrating one more year of life and I want to thank the animation team that has made it possible for me to enjoy my birthday, especially . To animator Richard Perez who with his good work, made us the unforgettable night. Thank you very much x everything, we hope to return for this nice hotel.
